This pisco offers an elegant, silky palate with notes of caramelized raisins, followed by a finish of toffee and smoky vanilla. Its unique aging process involved three types of barrels: French oak, American oak, and oak previously infused with Chardonnay. This pisco has received Gold Medals at the Latin American Catad'Or Spirits Award 2023 and the Global Spirits Masters UK 2024.
