Good Old Times Barrel Strength Single Barrel

Aroma - Hints of cinnamon, light oak, and leather. Very strong alcohol presence, with not many notes beyond some vanilla. Some honey. Taste - Predominantly leather with light vanilla and black pepper. There's a brighter fruit note, perhaps like strawberry, that emerges. It complements the other flavors well. Finish - Cinnamon, strawberry, and honey linger at the end.

Mexican Vanilla - 124 Proof - Needs ice but I drank this straight. Incredible vanilla, the most I've encountered in a whiskey. There's a definite burn and the proof is noticeable, but the flavor is fantastic!
