An unusual grain bill of 80% malted barley and 20% rye. It comes in at cask strength, 55% ABV. This is the first batch. It has aromas and flavors reminiscent of a Highland Scotch that was finished in a rye cask. It's mild and light, with a semi-sweet character. You'll find malty, fruity, and spicy notes, along with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Adding water enhances the rye spice and the warmth.
