Glenturret 15 years single malt

2024 Release 50.8% abv. A great pour featuring notes of raisins, dates, stewed cherries and apples, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, citrus, and walnuts. Smell: Raisins, Dates, Figs, Walnuts, Ginger, Cinnamon, Ginger, Citrus, Stewed Apricots, Strawberries, Morello Cherries, Vanilla, Peaches Palate/Finish: Raisins, Baked Apples, Walnuts, Nutella, Black Cherries, Blackberries, Ginger, Lemon Peels, Sultanas

The aroma is a bit unappealing, but the flavor is good. There's a slight harshness from the alcohol. I enjoyed it as part of a sampler, but there are better bottles to purchase.
