An intense, 7-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glentauchers distillery, aged in a Sherry puncheon from 2010 to 2017, bottled by Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited range with an outturn of 940 bottles. It has a rich beginning with notes of chocolate chip cookies, Sherry-soaked peels & brown sugar; a complex character adds hints of grist, clove, raisins & vanilla pods; leading to a balanced finish of medium length with a touch of smoke, peppercorn & chocolate.
