Nose: Apple, barley sugar, sweet berries, cream Palate: Oily/waxy texture. Sweet, apple, Campino candy, strawberry/berries. A slightly artificial sweet note - like children's candy Finish: Medium / long finish. Sweet, spicy, white pepper, leather. This dram has a summery feel. Very easy to drink, nicely layered, with some darker notes on the finish. Delightful. Casks: #2930, 6389 & 10877 Wood: First fill Bourbon & re-charred hogsheads Distilled: 2010 Bottled: 2021 Label artist: Annabel Pope 1 of 923 bottles Came in joint third place out of the five drams, with 12% of the final vote for favorite of the night. 66% of those present said they enjoyed the whisky.
