Glengoyne Cask Strength (Batch 1) Whisky 70cl Scotland 17/09/2024 Ankara Nose: Black pepper, apple peel, salty. Palate: Charred wood, pine resin, young alcohol. Finish: Dry, oak-forward finish. Does not convey the Highland character. A bit salty, long finish. The gentle influence of Highland whiskies is not fully perceived due to the high alcohol content. 72/100
