Haylee Metz 3.3

The nose presents brown sugar and a slight alcoholic burn, as expected for cask strength. Hints of fig and light raisin are also detected, along with subtle sherry notes that don't dominate. The taste features sherry and raisin, with the characteristic spicy kick of cask strength. Adding a few drops of water makes little difference.

Cedric Moser 3.3

It's a bit young, perhaps a little green and minerally, but it's potent and full of flavor. I enjoy it with a little water. Glengoyne has been producing incredibly high-quality whisky for the past couple of decades, and it's evident across their entire range.

Addyson Hostetler 4.0

A less expensive option than the 21-year-old, but still a fantastic drink. It reminds me somewhat of a cask strength, less complex Bunnahabhain 18. Similar raisin-sherry profile. Excellent value at $65 USD per bottle. It doesn't even need water.

Shantel William 4.0

A sweet, fruity single malt with dark fruit notes, a bit of spice, and typical sherry characteristics.
