Glendronach 1992 25 Year Single Cask

Outstanding! I couldn't praise this expression enough, even if I tried, and if you manage to acquire a bottle, it's worth almost any reasonable price. The aroma is strongly influenced by sherry, oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it's woody and sweet, with a syrupy and almost gritty texture on the tongue; this mouthfeel is more reminiscent of an expensive cognac. It's truly impressive! It also has notes of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, dried fruits, and essentially the entire spice rack! It's among the greatest of all time!

Tasted in 1992 / 25 years old / Danish retail. Sweet nose, pleasantly round sweetness, good depth.
