About this bottle
This single-barrel offering from Glendronach Distillery in Scotland's Highlands region was distilled in 1968 and matured for 47 years in an ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogshead. Cask #5837 yielded only 301 bottles, making it the oldest and rarest stock from the distillery. Released as part of a series of cask-strength, single-barrel bottlings, it exemplifies Glendronach's signature 100% sherry-matured style at various ages. It is bottled at the cask's strength of 45.9% ABV.
