Honestly, I'm not detecting the promised spices, nor the earthiness and woodiness. A certain sweetness and fruitiness remain, as is common with all the seasonal Glendalough gins. It's likely the most juniper-forward of the four, but still quite light and airy overall.

Utilizing a Holstein copper still, it incorporates botanicals like Ceylon cinnamon, bog myrtle, hawthorn, licorice, and fennel. Many of these ingredients are hand-picked from the surrounding Wicklow mountains. This gin is presented at 41% ABV.
