A typical light color, not particularly dark. However, the taste is intense. A pleasant wave of very sweet chocolate, vanilla, and dark fruit flavors rolls across the tip of the tongue. A depth of flavor fitting for extended aging. The 58% alcohol content is evident, but by the second sip, even that feels harmonious.
