Whitney Healey 4.5

Appearance: Resembles an autumn leaf pile. Smell: Toasted marshmallows, peanut butter, and unadorned vanilla. Subtle fruit notes are present but the overall impression is sweet and confectionary, with perhaps a whisper of orange citrus. Taste: Molasses and honey give way to more appealing orange flavors, akin to marmalade. A touch of funk and bitterness, similar to espresso beans or dark chocolate, can also be found. Aftertaste: Smooth caramel with a sprinkle of cinnamon spice and more wonderful honey notes. With water: The aroma shifts to freshly sanded wood, pancakes, bananas, and pears. The taste continues the fruity sweetness, bringing to mind a bushel of Golden Delicious apples. The finish is the only aspect that is somewhat diminished, becoming slightly more mineralic, though still pleasant.
