(Good Spirits Co. Glasgow Virtual Whisky Tasting, 9th July 2020). Nose: Floral, spice, vanilla, honey, golden syrup Palate: Chocolate, rose petals, spiced tea / chai. Strangely, it reminded me a bit of a spiced vanilla rum. Finish: Chocolate, honey, sweet fruit cake / Christmas pudding Well layered and complex. It has a light, sweet vanilla taste throughout that is very pleasant. Very nice mouthfeel. Came in a tie for second place out of the six malts tasted that night, receiving 14% of the vote for favourite.

*12 Year Old* Moscatel. A pronounced acidity defines the experience of this whisky. Green grape. Lemon. On the palate, there's astringency and acidity, but the body contributes to a more balanced and pleasant finish.
