Had a serious meeting with Japanese clients in a wine store. We discussed business for about five to ten minutes, and the rest of the time? We drank!! Music was Yo-Yo Ma's "Japanese Melodies," which one of my clients played from his phone! 😆🎶 Before diving into my tasting notes, please know that I'm not really a whisky aficionado, so take my opinion with a grain of salt..😅 Nose: This sample came from a test bottle, so it could be due to poor storage, but it smells awful, musty, and undrinkable. It's better suited for diluting than sipping..🥵🥵

Garrett Harkins 2.8

It's not intricate and pretty dull. Hints of flowers and mostly sugary honey with the slight bitterness found in inexpensive honey. If I have it again, I'll likely pour it over ice before dinner. It's not noteworthy, but still superior to a low-quality blend.

Gale Marroquin 2.5

Vanilla and honey notes. Not very complex or lingering in the mouth.

Luciano Webster 3.0

Lacks complexity but is smooth and easygoing.

Bobbi Bradshaw 2.8

Light, with citrus notes and a slender body.
