Nov 2019. Clear medium gold. Powerful sweet ovaltine, sweet malt beverage, Christmas cake, herbal sweet tea, oaky leather, couscous rice soup, sweetened salami, ham, and game meat on the nose. Dry, full body with sweetened bbq meat, malt drinks, cherry wood smoked pork neck, pomegranate prosciutto sweet melon salad, and campfire pork on the palate. Awesome balance, long lingering finish.

October 2019. Medium gold color. Powerful sweet sauternes, butterscotch, vanilla, sweet maleluca cake, plum juice, pomelo, tangerine, and cedar wood on the nose. Palate is intensely rich with cedar wood essence, Italian prosciutto, saint daniele, and sweet, oily Jamón ibérico. The finish is outstandingly balanced with sweet, fruity game meat flavors.
