Nothing particularly remarkable, but a nice historical item. Bottled for import into Italy. It's a blended malt. Nose: tart, aged paper, grain husks, vanilla, apricots, yet sweet and rich. Palate: smooth, sweet fruits, aged wood, vanilla, slightly creamy. Finish: medium to short, a little creamy and with some bitterness. A delicate dram for late evenings in a hunting lodge.
