A friend in Laval, QC recommended this years ago; I picked up my first bottle a while later. It's a stellar gin if you're looking for a Juniper-forward option at a price lower than any comparable competitor. I wouldn't advise sipping it neat, as it has a mild burn. My friends are all split on its suitability in a G&T, while I personally quite enjoy it with a bit of ice and sparkling water. (Admittedly, I'm an odd duck.) TLDR: Juniper, Spruce, Coriander, Anisol, Indeterminate Citrus

Francisco Sanford 4.8

Excellent gin. The cedar and cinnamon impart a truly unique flavor and finish to this gin.

Blanca Saylor 4.5

A delightful gin for a gin and tonic. Pine, citrus, and juniper are forward. The finish is excellent.
