About this bottle
La Face Cachée de la Pomme, a Quebec cidery founded in 1998 by François Pouliot, specializes in apple ice wine. By 2015, their signature Neige Ice Cider had earned 135 awards. Their Gin de Neige is distilled from 100% Canadian grains and infused with juniper berries, melilot, white spruce, and lichen. The spirit is then blended with water from ice cider production and a small amount of Neige Ice Cider.

It's quite harsh with no discernible ice wine flavor. Perhaps it was the tasting setting, but it was off-putting.
