An excellent gin from Montreal. Tasted neat in a Glencairn glass. Nose: Predominantly cucumber, with floral rose notes and a faint juniper undertone. Minimal powerful alcohol scents. Palate: Sweet, somewhat contrary to the aroma, the rose fragrance is more prominent than the cucumber, which defines the sweetness of this gin. Subtle hints of citrus blend beautifully without disrupting the aforementioned notes. Finish: Very brief, with notes of juniper and rose, no throat irritation. In summary, a superb gin for exploration by enthusiasts of light and floral spirits.

A wonderful discovery Dear diary... After a damp end-of-day walk, what could be better than unwinding on our patio with a pleasant gin that is wonderfully sippable on ice or with your preferred unsweetened tonic. Such a delightful find that I believe we should always keep a bottle on hand!
Fantastic taste and superb in gin and tonics. Typically, the flavor fades when tonic is added, but that's not the case here. Highly recommended!!
