In the traditional London dry gin style. Juniper and citrus notes are immediately apparent. Juniper, lemon, and botanical flavors glide across the palate. It finishes with a subtle dry cinnamon note. Exceptionally smooth considering its higher ABV. Not yet tried in a mixed drink, but I anticipate it will excel in a martini or Negroni.
