This was quite disappointing overall, being excessively sweet and fruity. I detected only the faintest hint of rhubarb in the finish. My hope was for a bittersweet liqueur that highlighted the herb, but it didn't deliver. I'm uncertain how I would even incorporate this into cocktails, as I suspect it would function merely as a generic sweetener, adding little depth to the drink.
