About this bottle
Three kinds of raspberries—Lloyd George from Scotland, and Rose de Plombières and Violette de Boux from Burgundy—are used to create Mathilde Framboise Liqueur. After pressing, the raspberries are steeped in alcohol. The resulting berry spirit is then strained, and sugar and water are incorporated. This liqueur contains no preservatives or stabilizers and is bottled at 18% ABV.
