Drillaud has a slightly vegetal taste that detracts from its otherwise pleasant raspberry flavor. However, when mixed, the flavor is good. This is not a liqueur meant for sipping, but it works well in mixes, which seems to be its primary purpose (especially considering its price). Note: I suspect this rating might have been too generous, but I have no more to sample, so I'm sticking with the score I gave at the time.
