George Remus straight bourbon whiskey cask strength (Liquor Depot single barrel)

Release from 10-2022. Appearance: Pale amber Nose: Faint honey and vanilla; develops a light caramel note after airing. Neat: Initial taste of dried fruit and honey; a bit of oak; it's light on the palate and dissipates quickly, leaving a hot, spicy, short finish, though the warmth is quite pronounced. On the Rocks: Spicy and oaky, with a slightly herbal finish; preferred it neat.

Great flavor but a bit hot. Adding some water or an ice cube makes it excellent.
