Nose: Imagine a pine forest covered in snow. You get an alcohol burn, then notes of juniper and wood. Taste: The bottling strength is apparent again; however, more alcohol means more flavor. It begins with dry citrus and juniper, then develops into a spiced sweetness. The aftertaste lingers, coating the palate and becoming bitter. This would pair wonderfully with a good tonic! A fascinating gin that I was fortunate to experience during a distillery tour.
