About this bottle
Sun Liquor, established in Seattle in 2006 and releasing products since 2011, created Gun Club Gin. Master distiller Erik Chapman, whose upbringing in a naval family inspired the gin, pays homage to "navy-strength" gins. This wheat-based spirit gin incorporates thirteen botanicals: juniper, coriander, cassia bark, grains of paradise, orris root, angelica root, birch leaves, Spanish green cardamom, star anise, fresh orange peel, cloves, nutmeg, and cranberry. The spirit and botanicals undergo three distillations prior to bottling at 50% ABV.
