It starts as their Small Batch bourbon, aged for 4 years in new American oak barrels, then receives an infusion of Texas wildflower honey for an additional 8–9 months. The whiskey undergoes a final 3-year maturation in French Cognac XO casks. Bottled at 114 proof, this expression is offered annually in restricted quantities, with approximately 7,000 bottles expected nationwide starting May 2026. The suggested retail price is $179.99.
