The nose features cinnamon maple oatmeal. Not much burn. Pecans. The palate is very enjoyable. Round, rich, and full-bodied. Cinnamon cereal notes. Significantly less fiery than the ABV would suggest. Exceptionally good. The sweetness makes it more of a dessert bourbon for me. Possibly the best bourbon I've had from that distillery. I utilize the rating scale shown below. The distiller uses a 5-point scale, and I use a 10-point scale, but I'm sure you're not too intoxicated to figure that out! 1. Disgusting - So bad I poured it out. 2. Poor - I wouldn't consume by choice. 3. Bad - Multiple flaws. 4. Below average - Not bad, but many things I'd rather have. 5. Good - Just average. 6. Very Good - Better than average. 7. Great - Well above average. 8. Excellent - In a league of its own. 9. Incredible - An all-time favorite. 10. Perfect

Robust and impactful. It doesn't present as strongly as its alcohol content might indicate. I would definitely purchase this again. My tasting experience included: Cherries in chocolate. Hide. Oat porridge.
Great whiskey, definitely a good buy!
Complex. Changes on the palate
