About this bottle
This 2015 Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon release followed a 2013 predecessor that had shorter aging and a smaller 375ml bottle size. Its mash bill consists of organic Panhandle corn, soft red winter wheat, and two-row malted barley. The 2015 bottling spent four years maturing and was filled into barrels at 135 proof, with production limited to 5,200 bottles.
