About this bottle

Ganbei Baijiu, meaning "cheers" or "dry cup," was introduced in late 2018 by Alec Fotsch, Andrew Hoogerwerf, and Kockyo Xiong. Produced in China's Inner Mongolia region, this sorghum-based baijiu is classified as a strong aroma style. After a 70-day fermentation and traditional distillation, it ages for 32 months in clay vases. The bottling and labeling take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at Lawless Distillery.

Jaiden Rockwell 5.0

Very full-bodied. Sweet notes of stone fruit and anise with an earthy base. Quite smooth for a 42% alcohol spirit. Also, it creates a great sour.

Parker Dillard 5.0

Wonderful.
