About this bottle
The 2017 edition of Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin is produced by distilling puddings made from a 1968 Women’s Weekly recipe, the same one used by the distiller's mother. Juniper, star anise, coriander, angelica root, and cassia are used in its distillation. It is then combined with gin aged in Muscat Barrels over 100 years old, with a small amount of muscat added to complete the spirit.

Very pleasant spicy notes. I tried it in a few cocktails, but it was best enjoyed poured over ice and sipped slowly
