Herbal, earthy, and layered! Lingers on the palate. Excellent with a low-sugar tonic in a G&T, or makes a fine Red Snapper.

Perfect with a light tonic, but also genuinely enjoyable by itself. Mint and lime linger on the palate for an extended period.
