Brief tasting notes: Aroma: Berries on top of spicy rye. Abundant red berry notes with a hint of Christmas spice. Taste: A noticeable alcohol presence. Still has a substantial body and big flavors, with plenty of spice and vanilla, followed by berry and pleasant rye spice. Overall: This is a well-crafted, very enjoyable rye, but it's spicier than I prefer with its alcohol level. Ultimately, I wish it had aged a couple more years.
