Lark Distillery produces Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin. This gin is crafted in the London dry tradition, incorporating botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and lemon peel, along with Tasmanian mountain pepper berry. The gin is named after the rare forty-spotted pardalote, a bird found in the southeastern region of Tasmania.

A very strong alcohol vapor on the nose and palate. I detect minimal, if any, of the advertised fruits and flavors, only burn. Among the least enjoyable gins I've sampled.
Although I usually prefer classic London dry gin, this was a refreshing change. I particularly enjoyed their bush honey variety.
Delicious, I would purchase this.
