About this bottle

This bottling is a mixture of two rye distillates. One mash bill consists of 90% rye with 10% malted barley, produced in New York. The second mash bill uses 95% rye and 5% malted barley, originating from Indiana. Maturation occurred in new, charred American oak barrels, varying in size from 30 to 53 gallons. The larger barrels underwent a #3 char. The average maturation period was 4.5 years. This blend is produced in small batches and presented at 92 proof.
