It is flavored with North Carolina-grown tobago peppers, also known as ají dulce, which have a smoky, sweet, and mild heat. These peppers are infused into an organic soft red wheat vodka sourced from TOPO Distillery in Chapel Hill. The bottling strength is 80 proof.

Uniquely and wonderfully distinct. Reminiscent of biting into red & green bell peppers. A strong pepper taste but very mild & easy to drink in terms of heat. Certainly suitable for bloody Mary mix, though I don't care for that beverage.
