Anita Ash 4.0

Review #307 Whiskey Tour of the World 2025 #12 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Light amber. Aroma: Fruity with some maple notes. Taste: Cinnamon and baking spice, some oak tannins. Finish: The flavors from the taste dissipate quickly. Short finish with minimal heat. Splash: A pleasant sweet oak note emerges. Overall: 8/10 - This offered some enjoyable surprises. The brief finish was a letdown, but a bit more alcohol content would resolve that. I'm optimistic about its direction.

Weldon Braun 3.5

Nose: Smells of furniture polish, sweet dried fruit, and oak, with faint chocolate notes. Palate: Pleasant mouthfeel and a dry, papery texture. Abundant dried fruits like raisins and cherries, with developing oak spice. Finish: Nutty and herbal, the spice intensifies, leaving a lingering taste of dried cherry.
