Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Perry's Single Barrel Pick

This was selected by SWFL Total Wine. Intensely smoky, with notes of ham or cured meat on the nose and palate. An excellent departure from typical flavors. Despite its high proof, it drinks much lighter than 120 proof. This was a single barrel, so the standard expression might differ. Highly enjoyable as a sipper and offers a unique profile.

Aroma: intense honey and sweetness. Taste: remarkably sweet with honey and vanilla flavors. A hint of a brighter fruit is present, possibly a very sweet lemon? Unbelievable that it is cask strength. Very drinkable.
