Dale Bingham 3.0

I'm not a fan of this one. The initial impact was spicy, reminiscent of a high-proof or younger spirit, overpowering much of the early flavor. Even adding two and four drops of whiskey didn't seem to alter it significantly. The flavor persisted for a while, eventually mellowing the heat to reveal a hint of fruit, but it mostly felt like chewing on a jalapeño.

Brennan Santiago 4.3

Incredibly smooth taste. Typical honey and vanilla notes found in Irish whiskey. However, there are some malt and smoke elements. Rich fruit and sherry notes. Some nuttiness. Quite complex yet easy to consume.

Zara Mullins 3.0

A noticeable solvent aroma on the nose, but in an appealing way. Hints of cocoa nibs are detected on the nose. A strong spice impact, with grapefruit peel appearing on the finish.

Sidney Low 4.0

An aroma of fruit, solvent, and pear drops. It's complex and full-bodied with a lingering spicy finish.

Gideon Gao 3.0

Nutty notes detected.
