Kimberley Bassett 3.5

Whiskey Barrel-Aged bitters from Fee Brothers are a staple in mixed drinks. Fee Brothers is recognized for their non-alcoholic bitters. This characteristic implies they might evolve or even go bad eventually, though my own bottle, which I've kept for ages, hasn't shown this. I sampled a few drops straight to gauge the flavor, and it was as anticipated – quite bitter, particularly for Fee Brothers' products, with prominent whiskey notes. These prove useful in cocktails, especially for stirred old fashioned drinks. Differing from many Fee Brothers bitters, these offer actual taste and some bite, unlike most that just provide aroma. While perhaps not crucial, I find them more practical than a lot of other bitters.
