Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters

This is likely my least preferred Fee Brothers offering. Its price and the scarcity of rhubarb bitters available are the sole justifications for keeping it. Similar to their Aztec Chocolate bitters, this possesses a pronounced artificial quality and minimal bitterness. It more closely resembles cherry syrup than rhubarb. I don't find this to be an essential bitter; few recipes call for it, so its absence wouldn't be greatly missed.

Excellent in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. It's subtle yet makes a noticeable impact. I will purchase it again.
