Mint bitters aren't the most sought-after bitters. Fee Brothers mint is likely the most common and at least the most accessible. Still, I question if it's worth buying given how few recipes actually specify mint bitters. The mint flavor is quite prominent, though it does come across a little artificial and lacks any actual bitterness. Think of these more as a flavoring addition. I'd use these bitters for recipes calling for this particular brand rather than substituting them into recipes that generally ask for mint bitters. The scarcity of recipes calling for them might be a good enough reason to skip these, but they aren't the absolute worst from Fee Brothers, just not something you absolutely need.
