Fair Game Carolina Agricole Rum

Available locally in 375 mL bottles and opened for over 5 years. This rum, crafted in South Carolina from sugarcane using the pot still method, is quite good. However, it has minimal age and is better suited for mixing in cocktails than drinking straight.

More mellow than anticipated. Satisfactory flavor. Fine on its own or suitable for mixing.
