About this bottle
Created from sorghum molasses and aged four months in used Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, this product originates at the Wilderness Trace Distillery. The molasses is made from fresh-squeezed sorghum juice blended with water. Despite the name, sorghum is not a sugar cane byproduct, so this is not a true rum.
