Facundo is a collection from Bacardí, named after founder Don Facundo Bacardí Massó. Neo, meaning "new," is a blend of Bacardi "library" rums aged up to 8 years. These rums are charcoal filtered to achieve a clear appearance while retaining barrel-influenced flavors. The bottle's sirens reference the historical Bacardi offices situated on the port of Santiago de Cuba.

I'm uncertain why this receives such low marks; it's significantly superior to the standard Bacardi products. It's lightly sweet and smooth with a fantastic flavor profile that even whiskey or scotch enthusiasts will appreciate. Its rating should be higher.
This was a sweet and fruity beverage. The palate was sweet with hints of nuttiness. The finish was smooth and brief. At about $55, I believe it's primarily for the brand name and collection's rarity.
