Ewing Young Rye

The nose presents herbal notes with ginger. The palate starts with subtle fruit and vanilla, concluding with rye and barrel spices that have a pleasant lingering quality.

Spice is noticeable on the nose and at the beginning of the palate, followed unexpectedly by undertones of vanilla and honey, with more spice emerging on the finish.

Initial sips were quite light and lacking, but it settled in nicely. A little burn, but enjoyable.
