The taste includes vanilla, cream, baking spices, herbal notes, fruitiness, and a slight toasty oak in the finish, which then returns to a creamy sensation as it lingers. I received this recommendation from the Bourbon Junkies on YouTube; they have their own distillery in Michigan called Evernorth. This must be one of the finest Ryes I've encountered, let alone whiskey. It comes highly recommended if you can find it. This is batch #1.
