Epidion 10 Year Old

Nose: Malt, peat, savory smoke, earthy. Palate: Bonfire, honey, baked apple, salt/brine, burnt plastic, lightly peated. Finish: Medium-long. Waxy and coats the mouth. Plastic-like, charred, smoky, and ashy. It smells good, but has a slightly unpleasant waxy, burnt plastic note. The mouthfeel is watery. It doesn't have many strong points, but nothing is particularly offensive either.

The aroma is very pleasant. Earthy oak, and seasoned meat. The taste is campfire and charcoal. The aftertaste is spicy, sharp, and fairly long.

Smells like a cigar.
