A complex experience... While listed at 94 proof, it drinks hotter due to the extended finish. The fruit notes are reminiscent of raspberry grape for a sustained period. Chocolate and caramel notes also linger. The oak emerges late, interacting with the rye spice. As mentioned, it feels warmer because of the long finish and rich character, but this is a positive aspect. This dram is truly delightful, scoring 94/100 for me. Cheers 🥃
